Welcome!
Do you find yourself wanting to change your life for the better, but don’t know how?
I’m the therapist that helps you change your life by working through your anxieties, depression, stress, grief and trauma. I use my years of experience in individual, couples, and grief therapy to help you manage conflict and distress.
Do you want to detox your life from toxic relationships, people, habits and patterns?
Detoxing your life means squeezing out the toxicity from people and relationships, your environment, and the patterns and behaviors that have you stuck in a loop. Our past traumas play a big role in the toxicity we experience, and it’s my job to help you work through those things in therapy.
Are you invested in shifting your life?
If so, then you will benefit from working with me. I work with adults in individual, couples, and grief and bereavement therapy to change your life and perspective. I help you change your relationship with the things that are detrimental to your mental health, including past trauma, anxiety, and depression.
The keyword here is invested.
The therapeutic relationship is reciprocal, and we both need to be equally invested in changing your life. If you’re struggling with managing life transitions, healing from loss, or trauma, anxiety and depression, you don’t need to be alone in this journey. Let me help you achieve your goals, overcome your struggles and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
You may be asking: is therapy right for me? The answer, no matter what you’re struggling with, is yes. And the right time to take the plunge into therapy to make the changes you want to make is now.
I’m so glad you found me and have taken the courageous step to seek help to change your life. I’m confident that together we can detox your life. We will work together to equip you with the necessary tools to overcome your challenges.
